The Camden has very handsome looks with the wood finish and large clear perspex hinged lid to keep the dust off. The speakers are also wood finish with black fronts showing off the twin speaker drive units (tweeter and woofer). Controls are simplicity itself, with just an on/off and volume control, and a button to enable bluetooth pairing of your device (smartphone, tablet etc) to the unit. The professional grade turntable features a full size platter to give full support to all your discs. It has a strobe and pitch control to accurately set the speed, or vary it if desired. The fine grade S-shaped tonearm is counterbalanced to give very accurate tracking weight of the cartridge for better sound quality. The cartridge itself features a flip-over stylus, one for LPs and 45s and turn over for the 78rpm stylus. The cuing device allows you to lift and lower the arm onto the record overcoming shaky hands.
